2. Clipboard Data & File Retention

All text copied to a custom session and files uploaded to our directories are cached exclusively to allow cross-device recovery. We prioritize extreme data security and clean resource utilization:

TransferClip automatically removes inactive clipboards, associated files, and temporary memory caches after 24 hours.

3. Cookies & LocalStorage

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We utilize native browser LocalStorage strictly to preserve functional client states (e.g., your selected theme, custom clipboard slug mapping, and language dictionary configurations).

4. Security Infrastructure

We deploy robust database firewalls and direct data transmissions over secured SSL/TLS connections (HTTPS) to shield your clips from interception. We recommend securing your unique URL; anyone who possesses your unique slug can immediately view and edit the content.

5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance Rights

Since we do not store personal profiles, email addresses, names, or stable network identifiers, we cannot process standard identity-lookup requests. You have complete power over your uploaded data: you can immediately erase your text by hitting the "Clear" button on your active session or delete any uploaded file on-click.
