By accessing and using TransferClip (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

TransferClip provides a temporary, unauthenticated online clipboard interface for transferring text fragments and computer files. We make no guarantees about uptime, server reliability, database preservation, or speed. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

3. Usage Rules & Prohibited Content

You are solely responsible for all content (text, files, logs, metadata) uploaded, synced, or shared using the Service. You agree that you will not use TransferClip to:

• Upload or share files that infringe on copyright, trademark, patent, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Sync materials that are malicious, illegal under applicable international laws, contain viruses, exploit payloads, spyware, or ransomware code.
• Attempt to disrupt the Service, exploit API rate limits, brute-force slug generator formats, or bypass system filters.

4. Ephemeral Database & File Cleanup

TransferClip enforces a automatic purge paradigm: inactive clipboards and all associated files are permanently and irreversibly deleted after 24 hours of inactivity. We have no mechanism to restore deleted clipboard sessions. You are responsible for preserving your own offline backups of any important work.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TransferClip, its developers, partners, or owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, system downtime, data exposure, or server disruption) arising out of the use or inability to use this Service.
